According to court papers, Michael Jackson is leaving everything to a family trust to be administered by executors. The Michael Jackson Family Trust would benefit Jackson's three children, his mother, Katherine Jackson, and unnamed charities. If Jacksons 79-year-old mother is unwilling to be the guardian of his three children, his will nominates his friend pop star, Diana Ross to be their guardian. The five-page document specifically states, "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Rowe Jackson."Jackson's will has been the subject of much speculation since the pop star died from a cardiac arrest last Thursday at the age of 50. He is said to be as much as half a billion U.S. dollars in debt, but his assets have been reported to be worth as much as one billion dollars.
